Erika Benadom
Erika Benadom
Vice President, Product and Solutions

Erika Benadom brings 17 years of public education experience to SchoolCity, beginning as a seventh grade language arts and social studies teacher in the urban district of Lennox. She supported teachers in Lennox by providing professional development for the Technology Literacy Challenge Grant, which was recognized by the Smithsonian Institute for its ingenuity in integrating technology into the curriculum. As the Director of Technology for this district, Ms. Benadom institutionalized an online student information system when such products were just emerging on the market. Ms. Benadom dedicated her last two years in public education to bridging the gap between assessment and instruction. Because she understands how to systematically implement programs in public education institutions, she brings the educator mind to the product and continuously asks herself how a teacher, principal or district administrator would engage educational data in the product. As a member of SchoolCity, she is excited to support educators across the country in developing and implementing assessment models that include a blend of formative, performance based, and summative assessments.
