Statement of Guarantee
Vendor guarantees to make available equivalent replacement parts for a product it sold to the state for at least 3 years after the product is discontinued.
Vendor Affirmation
By signing the TBPC CISV Catalog Purchasing Program application and submitting this catalog through the program, the vendor has reviewed TAC 113.19, and agrees to comply with the rules as stated for the CISV program. The vendor will also:
- not give, offer to give, or intend to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with catalog purchase transactions;
- not currently be delinquent in the payment of any franchise tax owed the State of Texas under Tax Code, Chapter 171 (go to "Certification of Franchise Tax Account Status" for verification)
- Update their CISV catalog as needed to reflect changes in price and the availability of products or services offered.
- Important Note - Any changes made to your company profile in this system is NOT reflected as a change in your Texas CMBL (Centralized Master Bidders List) Profile. Please insure that your CMBL Profile is updated to reflect the class and item codes for additional products or services offered in order to receive bid solicitations.
