SchoolCity SPELL (SchoolCity Plan For English Language Learners) is a web-based application that helps in estimating AMAO #1 and AMAO #2. It also helps generate redesignation reports based on state and district criteria.
Educators involved in promoting high achievement of English Language Learners (ELLs) have actively fETL the need for a program that allows monitoring and analysis of ELLs to support a school district’s systemic effort that emphasizes high academic standards and reclassification of ELLs. SPELL (School Plan for English Language Learners) is a powerful new product designed specifically to meet these needs.

and by other parameters like number of years in district or US schools.
