We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Administrators to help us in our overall growth efforts. You will be an integral part of the inside sales team and to maintain the CRM with accurate information

The goal is to increase efficiency of sales efforts that will help our reputation and growth.

Job Duties

  • Assist in defining the sales strategy & providing market insights
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing team to meet sales quotas and targets
  • Manages the CEO’s scheduling, communication, and logistics.
  • Communicate with leads and set up appointments for Field Sales Representatives
  • Undertake individual tasks of a sales plan as assigned
  • Make cold calls and/or emails to prospective customers
  • Research potential sales leads and prioritize them to increase ROI
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure synergy and alignment of sales goals

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 0 - 2 years experience an inside sales specialist or similar role
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (CRM) and Google Apps
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional Communication and Writing skills
  • Creative and Critical Thinking skills

Education Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
